Adima

"Awakening has a beginning, but no end. With problems it is the other way round: they do not have a detectable beginning, but certainly an end."

Adima is a spiritual teacher and healer with great empathy and warmhearted nearness. She transmits wisdom with wit and warmth in a direct and clear way. Her presence invites an easy relaxing into this moment. Her compassionate and humorous way makes you feel accepted and welcome the way you are.

Adima makes the invisible visible and utilises her abilities in practical methods. She supports spiritual realisation in daily life - the natural merging of "God and the world."

Since youth Adima had a strong interest in discovering the truth - whatever that might mean or cost. During her search for realisation she graduated and worked as stage dancer, modern dance teacher and choreographer. Additionally, she received an extensive education in meditation, spiritual therapy and body-/energywork in Osho Multiversity, Pune, India, a globally leading center for transformation and growth of consciousness.

In India she met her spiritual master OSHO (Shree Rajneesh) and Papaji (Sri Harilal Poonja), and her teacher of Tibetan Pulsing Healing, Dheeraj. For 13 years she lived an adventurous life on two continents. She focused on „the essential“ – without really knowing what that would be. During this inner and outer journey she also experienced the personal fauxpax and errors, possible on such an adventure. (Her book about it is still to be translated into English - want to help ?)

In January 2000 her search ended in lived realisation. The gift of this non-happening called awakening happened by grace. True nature of self unveiled beyond doubt, beyond ownership or possible re-turns. The suffering of separation ended.

Since 2003 Adima is sharing Satsang.

Since 1985 (dance teacher) and 1992 (body-/energywork) she shares and works with people for the good, the truthful and the beautiful in our life, for wellbeing and awakening.
